Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: Hillside Boutique Hotel, Castroville, Texas
Job Type: Part-time
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at the Hillside Boutique Hotel in Castroville, Texas. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Change linens and towels, and restock amenities as needed
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Ensure that all surfaces are clean and free of debris
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
